ADELPHI ENERGY LTD: Alex Forcke acquired 128,135 fully paid ordinary shares at $0.2851 per share in on market trade on June 30. Following this transaction, he now holds, directly, a total of 1,250,000 shares and 2,000,000 options. Indirectly he now holds a total of 250,000 shares.

ALINTA LTD: Tony Howarth, Fiona Harris, Timothy Healey, Tina McMeckan, Robert Browning and Michael Wilkins acquired ordinary fully paid shares at $10.39 per share on June 30 in on market purchase through Alinta’s deferred employee share plan. Howarth acquired 201 shares taking his total holding to 69,007 ordinary shares held directly and 1,243 ordinary shares held indirectly. Harris acquired 241 shares taking her total holding to 16,252 ordinary shares, held directly. Healey acquired 160 shares taking his total holding, directly held, to 12,008 ordinary shares. McMeckan acquired 160 shares taking her total holding to 15,124 ordinary shares, held directly. Browning acquired 104 shares taking his total holding, directly held, to 63,632 ordinary shares and 260,000 options. Wilkins acquired 146 shares taking his total holding to 845 ordinary shares held directly and 5,000 ordinary shares held indirectly.

ANTARES NENERGY LTD: Richard Elliott acquired 25,000 ordinary fully paid shares at $0.39 per share in on market trade on July 3, taking his total holding direct and indirect, to 2,070,000 ordinary fully paid shares and 127,000 $2 convertible notes maturing on October 30, 2013.

Wright acquired 166 shares for $677.28 taking his total holding, indirectly held, to 11,480 ordinary shares. Higgins acquired 97 shares for $395.76 taking his total indirect holding to 6,706 ordinary shares. Bennett acquired 250 ordinary shares for $1,020 taking his total indirect holding to 17,221 ordinary shares.

CALTEX AUSTRALIA LTD: Richard Warburton and John Thorn acquired fully paid ordinary shares at $23.66 on market on June 30 pursuant to the non executive directors share plan. Warburton acquired 105 shares taking his total holding to 10,000 shares held indirectly and 1,530 shares held directly. Thorn acquired 36 shares taking his total holding to 510 shares, directly held.

CARPATHIAN RESOURCES LIMITED: Philip Linsley acquired 100,000 fully paid ordinary shares at 3p per share in on market trade on June 30, 2006, taking his total holding to 196,000 fully paid ordinary shares, directly held.

ENVESTRA LTD: In on market trade, Eric Ainsworth acquired 5,000 ordinary stapled securities on June 29 at $1.115 and on June 30, disposed of 40,000 ordinary stapled securities at $1.135, taking his total holding, indirectly held, to 45,000 ordinary stapled securities.

GULFX LTD: Entek Energy Limited increased its substantial shareholding to 8.31% on July 5.

HILLGROVE RESOURCES LIMITED: AMP Limited and its related bodies corporate decreased its substantial shareholding to 7.38% on June 28.

MAGELLAN PETROLEUM CORPORATION: Magellan Petroleum Australia was removed from the official list of the ASX from the close of trading on July 3 following its compulsory acquisition by Magellan Petroleum Corporation.

NEPTUNE MARINE SERVICES LIMITED: Christian Lange acquired 57,376 ordinary fully paid shares at an average of $0.324 per share in on-market trade on June 30, taking his total holding, indirectly held, to 61,376 ordinary fully paid shares; 1,000,000 options exercisable at 53 cent and each on or before February 28, 2016

SYDNEY GAS LTD: Mulpha Australia Ltd ceased to be a substantial shareholder on June 29. Raymond Schoer acquired 130,000 ordinary fully paid shares for $36,400 in on market trade on June 29, taking his total holding, indirectly held, to 447,304 ordinary fully paid shares

TAP OIL LTD: John Mumford, who resigned as a director on June 30, retains a direct interest in 110,117 ordinary shares and an indirect interest in 66,023 ordinary shares.

Neale Taylor and Peter Lane each acquired 2,647 ordinary shares at $2.03 per share in on market trade on July 3 pursuant to the company’s employee and director share plan. Following this transaction, Taylor now holds an indirect total of 33,001 ordinary shares while Lane now holds directly, 20,001 shares and indirectly 1,244,374 shares.

VOLANT PETROLEUM LTD: Pan Pacific Petroleum NL became a substantial shareholder on June 29 with a voting power of 7.59%.
