Taylor sets the tone for COAG by lashing Victoria

ENERGY and emissions reduction minister Angus Taylor used a keynote address ahead of this week’s Council of Australian Governments Energy meeting in Perth to pick his favourite states and once again lambast Victoria for its moratorium on onshore gas exploration and high energy prices, which he blamed on lack of dispatchable supply.
