Calls on Australia to reimburse Timor-Leste for Bayu-Undan revenue 

FORMER Timor-Leste leader Jose Ramos Horta has called on Australia to pay back the millions owed from Bayu-Undan after the maritime border treaty signed last year transferred the field in its entirety into the small nation's hands.

He said he hoped Australia "would reimburse every cent it wrongly received" according to the Guardian newspaper.    The Guardian suggests that Australia has still been been collecting 10% of the revenue. ...
