AFTER weeks of trying to derail ExxonMobil's takeover of the company he started and lobbing insider trading allegation grenades at InterOil's board, founder Phil Mulacek has finally conceded most of the explorer's shareholders will approve of the deal when votes are finalised at today's special meeting.
