WORLEYPARSONS has successfully completed its fully underwritten Retail Entitlement Offer which was part of its two-stage capital raise to fund its $4.6 billion dollar takeover of US-based Jacobs Engineering Group's energy, chemical and resources arm, Jacobs ECR.
