Oil surges on disruptions

UNPLANNED global oil supply disruptions have reached their highest level in at least five years during the two-year oil price slump which will inevitably lead to supply problems in the medium term due to a lack of investment, even as producers such as Saudi Arabia and Russia set new production records.
