Labor proposes gas export regulation body

AUSTRALIAN Labor will today put gas at the front and centre of the 2016 election campaign, promising to establish a US-style national interest test for new and expanded export projects to keep the nation's gas prices under control and ensure the survival of the Australian manufacturing sector.
