WA govt 'abandoned' FIFO workers: unions

THREE major unions believe the West Australian government's failure to back the establishment of a FIFO code of practice means it has effectively abandoned fly-in, fly-out workers after it supported about half the recommendations from an inquiry into the mental health of FIFO workers in the state.
