APPEA welcomes Green rejection

THE Australian Petroleum Production and Exploration Association has welcomed the Senate's Environment and Communications Committee's rejection of a Greens bill proposing Commonwealth intervention into state regulation of land access, a ban on hydraulic fracturing and veto powers by land owners over resource extraction.
