Gas tax a Wolf in sheep's clothing

PENNSYLVANIA Governor Tom Wolf is under attack for keeping a controversial new severance tax on gas production despite plugging his new 2015-16 Budget hard this week that will see hundreds of millions of dollars pumped into developing the Marcellus shale and support coal and renewables industries.
