Policy uncertainty costs Oz on emissions

THE Australian economy will only be able to cut domestic greenhouse gas emissions by 15% on 2000 levels by 2030, or 300 million tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent, according to a new report by energy and emissions market analyst RepuTex.
