Oil, gas prices hit BHP Billiton Petroleum

BHP Billiton Petroleum has posted a 13.4% decline in revenue for the year ended June 30, 2009, to $US6.9 billion ($A8.4 billion) as the impact of lower oil and gas prices continued to be felt.
