QGC draws down funding for Argyle

The field is located in ATP 620P.

QGC expects to use the $1 million to help fund the drilling of “two core wells and a five well pilot at Argyle”.

The partners in the venture are aiming for an additional “193 Petajoules (PJ) of proved, pobable and possible gas reserves.” Of the aforementioned sum, 74 PJ has already contracted to Incitec Pivot starting 2007.
