CHC Helicopter Corporation has appointed Sir Bob Reid to the Board of Directors. Sir Bob joined Shell International Petroleum Company in 1956, before serving as chairman and chief executive of Shell UK from 1985 to 1990.
Kevin John Stanton has retired as company secretary of Australian Worldwide Exploration and has been replaced by Neville Francis Kelly, previously joint company Secretary.
R. Lynn McCoy has been appointed director—reservoir engineering for Swift Energy. McCoy brings over 25 years of reservoir management and petrophysics experience in both domestic and international crude oil and natural gas programs.
Eastern Star Gas has advised the appointment of Patrick Sam Yue to the office of company secretary and chief financial officer. Yue is a Chartered Accountant and has held similar positions at Sydney Gas, Minerals Corporation and Beach Petroleum.
