CNOOC to maintain 2004 crude export levels

All the official would say was, "There won't be much change in our crude exports this year."

For the record, CNOOC's exports for last year were 2.2 million metric tons. This represents an increase of around 10% from previous year's levels. And the figure does not include the crude exported under PSCs with foreign companies sharing with CNOOC.
