According to the Ministry's report, "The consumption of petrol, diesel oil and coal oil will add up to 136 million tons, up 4.6% year-on-year. The oil price will be flexible and maintain the general level of last year."

"[However], the supply in some parts of the country and in some specific oils might be affected by seasonal and logistic factors," added the report.

China is currently the world's second largest importer of crude.
