An executive with the group, Andreas Walewski, said this afternoon that financial closure was expected to be reached as early as tomorrow (Tuesday).

He said agreement had been reached regarding the required desalination plant and water supply but said an official signature would wait until after official financial closure had been achieved.

"We are hopeful of having the Premier sign at an official ceremony, which could happen as early as tomorrow, if we are able to reach financial closure this afternoon," said Waleski.
