Prominent stockbroking identity, Leith Wale, has been selected as the new Non-Executive Chairman for Bounty Oil & Gas.
The widely travelled Wale has over 30 years experience in corporate funding and financial expertise in the Australian resources sector. He is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Wale replaces Ted Ellyard who will remain on the board as a non-executive director.
