Kalrez Energy informed the market that Robert Collins offered his resignation, effective from 9th January 2003. Mr Collins had been a director of the company since 1991. Kalrez also announced the appointment of three directors to the company's board; Guiseppe Mercorella, Nick Forichella and Carmine Barone. Mr Mercorella has accepted the position of executive chairman with Eddie Smith remaining as an active director. Doug Jendry formally announced his resignation as director of the company. The company also announced its new registered office will be Suite 33, 168 Melbourne Street, North Adelaide SA 5006.
