Novus has announced that Mr Graham Monk has resigned as chief financial officer and Mr Michael Royle, currently financial manager at Novus, has been appointed CFO in Mr Monk's place. The appointment of Mr Royle is effective immediately while Mr Monk will continue working in the Novus office in support of the transition until 12 April 2002.
Mr Michael Higginson has been appointed company secretary of West Oil NL after the resignation of Mr Charles Morgan who remains a director.
Mr Neil Taylor has been appointed independent non-executive director of Tap Oil. Mr Taylor has over 30 years technical, operating and commercial experience in oil and gas exploration, development planning, acquisitions and joint venture management, primarily with Esso and more recently with Nexus Energy, Tap Oil said.
Mr Andrew Meloncelli has replaced Mr Graham Anderson as company secretary of Impress Ventures Ltd.
The board of Cue Energy Resources Ltd has accepted the resignation of Mr A M Knox as director of the company effective from the close of business 15th March 2002 and thanked him for his past efforts on behalf of the company.
The Perth-based chairman of Shell Australia, Mr Alan Parsley, heads off in July to Shell's global headquarters in The Hague. His replacement will be Mr Tim Warren, presently Shell's regional business director for East Asia and Australasia.
