Titan aims to raise funds

AUSTRALIAN oil and gas company Titan Energy has invited shareholders to take place in a Rights Issue to raise funds for a major multi-project drilling campaign in early 2014.

The company is aiming to raise $859,000 through a pro-rata non-renounceable Rights Issue of one new share at 2.5c for every five shares held at record date with one new option for every two new shares...
