Stuart to P&A Padulla-4

PEL 113 operator Stuart Petroleum says the latest Padulla appraisal well is being plugged and aba...

Spudded on Friday, May 5, Padulla-4 was designed to evaluate the characteristics of the Murta reservoir on the northern flank of the structure. It was drilled to a total depth of 1260m.

The rig will now move to spud the next appraisal well, Padulla-7, in the program.

The previous well, Padulla-3, was cased and suspended as a producer from the Murta and Cadna-Owie formations.

All three wells are follow-ups to the Murta Formation oil discovery made by Padulla-2 last year.

Stuart holds a 100% interest in PEL 113, located in the Cooper/Eromanga Basin.
