The Stuart-1 well is being drilled from the Victoria production platform in the Harriet Joint Venture Permit TL/6.

It is expected to reach its programmed total deviated depth of 2800m by the end of this week. If successful, it should be quickly brought onto production via the platform.

Tap also reported on progress at two other Harriet joint venture fields - Mohave and North Alkimos.

The Mohave-1 discovery well, drilled earlier this month, was now online with initial production of about 10,500 bopd, with no water.

Overall the field was expected to produce around 500,000 barrels of oil using existing infrastructure.

At the recently developed North Alkimos oil and gas field, oil was being produced earlier than expected with the gas cap being blown down.

Current production was about 1400 bopd, which was expected to increase to around 2500 bopd in about a month when the gas cap had been depleted.

The Harriet Joint Venture is: operator Apache Northwest (68.5%), Kufpec Australia Pty (19.2771%), and Tap (Harriet) (12.2229%).
