Woodside progresses fourth LNG front

UNDAUNTED by forecasts that the LNG glut will extend for another decade amid rising costs for major projects, Woodside Petroleum has inked a project development agreement with US-based Sempra Energy for the Port Arthur LNG natural gas liquefaction facility in Texas.
