Amadeus finds oil, gas in Texas

AMADEUS Energy says the Wolf Cowling-2 well in Lavaca County, Texas, has encountered 237 feet of gross oil and gas pay in four separate zones while drilling to total depth.

The company said the oil and gas zones were intersected at 10,200-11,375ft with about 150ft net of Midcox-Lower Wilcox oil and gas pay in the four zones. The well was drilled to a total depth of 11,375ft....
