AspenWorld has been called the pre-eminent international conference for the process industry in 2004. Unlike other events, participants will gather with process industry colleagues, industry experts and prominent business leaders for a compelling exchange of industry knowledge and information.

As a user of AspenTech’s HYSYS® simulation software package, PCT’s Process Reliability and Integrity Business Group Manager, Paul Birighitti is at AspenWorld to investigate the multitude of products and services that are available for use within the resource and infrastructure industries.

Birighitti said "It really has become apparent that industry experts recognise new technology and enterprise software which will allow businesses to translate engineering data into a revenue stream. PCT is committed to delivering the most expedient and relevant industry solutions to our clients. We are building a reputation for applying the right solutions accompanied by the right support".

At the conference this week AspenTech announced the release of AspenOne. AspenOne unifies all of AspenTech's products and capabilities into a single cohesive system that allows users in each process industry vertical to safely and predictably manage and improve the performance of their enterprise operations.

AspenTech Australia are pleased with not only the uptake of Aspen products throughout Australia, but also by the commitment of operators and service providers to attend such events in Orlando in an attempt to bring back into Australia innovative ideas and new technology to streamline processes and increase profitability.

PCT has attended AspenWorld along with their fellow Australian peers from Worley, Shedden Uhde, Worsley Alumina and Alcoa Australia.
