The latest version of the Institute of Geological & Nuclear Sciences (GNS) GLOBE Claritas 2D/3D s...

What this means is Version 4.1 can manage large-scale production runs. Furthermore, according to GNS, “The system is not limited to existing GLOBE Claritas modules; the ability to easily add user defines or third party processing modules into GLOBE Claritas is one of its key strengths.” This makes the system both backwards compatible and user-friendly.

In a statement GNS Commercial Processing Manager Guy Maslen said, “GLOBE Claritas is developing into more of a seismic operating system than a traditional software package. The JCS system provides all of the power of a project database without the associated inflexibility, and the ability to choose how best to use a cluster depending on whether you are testing parameters or running production processing has helped us to optimise our use of resources.”
