Energy Minister Eric Ripper said Western Power, Skilled Engineering, other contractors and the Australian Manufacturing Workers' Union (AMWU) were to be congratulated following an end to the dispute.
"It is disappointing that parties did not attend to the issues in dispute earlier but I congratulate them today for acting in the best interests of electricity customers."
Ripper said Western Power was only a third party to the dispute which had been primarily between the maintenance contractor, Skilled Engineering, and its workers.
The AMWU had claimed Skilled Engineering was paying its workers $6 less per hour than alternate contractors for the job.
