Used around the world, Gentrack Network Information System, a billing software package designed for energy distribution companies, was implemented in three stages over 12 months at Vector.

“Effectively, we have been able to design a billing solution around our business processes, consolidating a number of disparate billing and network reconciliation solutions and hardware into one solution to meet all our needs,” said Vector IT manager Nigel Bonser.

“Successful data migration for our 750,000 consumers and Gentrack’s proven flexibility throughout the implementation were also key to the success of the project.”

Supplied by Talgentra – a global supplier of customer revenue management solutions – Gentrack NIS is used in various markets worldwide, including Australia, New Zealand, USA, Europe, South East Asia and Asia Pacific.
