Norman hands down her first Cooper quarterly

COOPER Energy's new boss Jane Norman has handed down her first quarterly report since her appointment today, noting production at the Orbost gas plant had risen slightly and affirming the company would make a final investment decision on its OP3D project by the end of the year.
