WA Supreme Court dismisses CCWA challenge against EPA, Woodside

WESTERN Australia’s Supreme Court has dismissed two proceedings against the Environmental Protection Authority over its approval of Woodside Petroleum’s Scarborough gas project brought on by the Conservation Council of Western Australia.
