Rinehart company may join Senex takeover deal

SOUTH Korean giant Posco has improved its takeover offer for Senex Energy to $4.60 per share, and may partner with Hancock International on the deal. The Gina Rhinehart-owned company already partners with Posco in a Pilbara iron ore mine, Roy Hill, in Western Australia.
