Xstate acquires more Canadian acreage as MD steps down

XSTATE Resources has picked up a further 25% interest in Blue Sky Resources Alberta Plains oil and gas fields in Canada, taking its total working interest to 35%, as the company’s managing director, David McArthur announced he would step down.
