Origin slashes guidance

ORIGIN Energy is one of the ASX’s losers this morning falling over 8% on morning trade after it announced it had lowered guidance for the financial year thanks to operating conditions that ranged from lower electricity demand to gas purchases linked to the rising Japan Korea Marker price index.
