Infratil looks to raise NZ$50M

NEW Zealand utility Infratil is looking to raise NZ$50 million (A$46.9M) on the Australian Stock Exchange via a share purchase plan as part of its larger NZ$250 million institutional placement which has already been fully subscribed.
