Canavan calls for more foreign investment

FOREIGN investment is Australia's next big chance to turn the Northern Territory into a "massive" oil and gas producing state over the next ten years, according to Federal resources minister Matt Canavan, who used the official opening of the A$55 billion Ichthys project last week to encourage Japan to continue investments in the sector.
