Managing director Grant King has disposed of 86,750 ordinary shares in Origin Energy.

The Wyllie Group has cut its substantial interest in Eagle Bay Resources from 14,818,858 shares (12.56%) to 14,712,858 shares (10.47%).

David Reeves has acquired 5,00 ordinary fully paid shares in Caltex Australia for $20,090.

Chief executive officer Phil Mulacek has acquired 6,158 CDI's in Interoil at $3.29 per share for a total consideration of $20,276.97.

Packer & Co has ceased to be a substantial holder in Perilya Mines.

Director Doug Jendry has purchased 100,000 fully paid ordinary shares in Impress Ventures at 4.1 cents per share, while director Eddie Smith acquired another 1,000,000 shares at 3.9 cents.
