Peter Harley has acquired 15,000 shares in Perilya for a consideration of $21,150.

William Ryan has acquired 8,992 shares in PCH Group for $3,506.

Westpac Bank has become a substantial shareholder in Oil Search acquiring 56,418,331 ordinary shares (5.07%).

Marathon Crest has become a substantial interest holder in Pacrim Energy by acquiring 33,000,000 shares (8.19%) while Minico acquired 22,000,000 shares (5.46%).

AMP has ceased to be a substantial holder in Australian Worldwide Exploration.
