ING Australia Holdings Ltd ceased to be a substantial shareholder in Tap Oil Limited on 22 January 2003. Meanwhile, the company decreased its relevant interest in Australian Worldwide Exploration Limited the next day, from 18,018,016 ordinary shares (8.23%) to 15,518,016 ordinary shares (7.09%).

WestGold Resources and Carpenter Pacific Resources ceased to be a substantial shareholder in Arc Energy.

With the sale of the Redsummer Pty Ltd stake, the Westgold Resources / Carpenter Pacific groups ceased to be a substantial shareholder in Voyager Energy Limited on 30 January 2003. The two companies still hold a combined 4.6%.
