Canadian LNG dream fading

DREAMS of a multi-million tonne per annum Canadian LNG export industry continues to be on thin ice, despite the decision by Canada's National Energy Board to grant import/export licenses to two new greenfields east coast LNG terminal last week: Bear Head and Goldboro LNG.
