Altona, CNOOC to start Arckaringa BFS

ALTONA Energy and China's CNOOC New Energy Investment are poised to start the first stage of the bankable feasibility study for the $US3 billion ($A3.1 billion) Arckaringa coal-to-liquids project in South Australia this quarter.
