The Brisbane-based company yesterday said its maximum gross daily field gas production during the December quarter was 57.4 million cubic feet per day and average daily gas output was 52MMcfd.
Average gross sales during the quarter were 47.4 terajoules per day, equating to about 20% of the total Queensland gas market.
Arrow said highlights during the quarter included its staged investment in coal seam methane investor company, Global CBM, which is in the advanced stages of business development for the acquisition of CSM assets in Indonesia, China, Vietnam and India.
It also executed a processing agreement with Australian Pipeline Trust, which will own and operate the $31 million Tipton West central gas processing facility in Queensland.
Arrow said it reached an agreement with Indonesian diversified company PT Sugico Graha, which provides it with an option to farm-in to 12 of Sugico’s tenements in south Sumatra, Indonesia, to earn up to a 65% interest in each.
The coming months look set to be busy for Arrow.
The company plans to increase deliveries from the Moranbah gas project in the Bowen Basin, following a jump in nominated daily volumes from February 7.
It also hopes to continue to ramp up gas production at the Kogan North field to meet full contractual requirements from July 1, as well as begin deliveries of first contract sales gas from the Tipton West field.
The company said it plans to further its level of international business development activities following the investment in Global CBM by gaining title to further assets in India, Indonesia, China and Vietnam.
It will also partially float international assets on overseas exchanges and continue other gas sales opportunity negotiations.
