The US-focused company has oil and gas production leases in Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas.
Revenue climbed to $US11.2 million ($A14.8 million), compared with $10.3 million in the June quarter and $6 million in the previous corresponding quarter.
Amadeus’ net oil production jumped 51% on year to 132,080 barrels, while gas output also rose to 313,565 million cubic feet. This equates to average daily output of 2048bbl of oil equivalent.
The Perth-based company said three successful gas wells drilled during the quarter in Lavaca County – Hoffer, Gerdes A-1 and Rheinstrom – are not yet on production. They are expected to be completed and online either this month or next.
Also during the quarter, Amadeus drilled six exploration and development wells that all discovered oil and gas.
In addition, workovers were performed on seven wells in Texas, which increased total production from 12bopd to a current rate of 182bopd.
