Testing time in Texas: Strike

Testing will be undertaken over the potentially commercial gas zones in the Wilcox Formation sands interpreted to be similar to the three gas-producing wells previously drilled on the Mesquite Project.

At Webernick-2, which was spudded in March, production casing has been run over the “extensive” gas shows previously reported. The drilling rig was released on June 9.

Strike has a 26.25% working interest and a 20% revenue interest in the Mesquite Project.
