Speaking to reporters Hari said, “They have shown such interest but Pertamina still has to study their respective offers.”
“Pertamina is currently concentrating on finding a market for the gas [from Matindok] but before proceeding with field development, we will ask [the interested firms] to look for markets for the gas,” added the official.
Pertamina has a 100% stake in the field. Matindok has estimated gas reserves of around two trillion cubic feet.
