Woodside's Bulgarian license close to spud

SHELL (70%) is close to spudding its first well in its Bulgarian Khan Kubrat licence in the Black Sea it shares with Woodside Petroleum (30%) having contracted Noble Corporation to use the Noble Globetrotter II rig.
