Phoenix South-3 to spud before April

  THE GSF Development Driller-1 semi-submersible drilling rig has begun the final leg of its trip from Mauritius to Australia and will be in place the end of the month to drill the Phoenix South-3 well for Carnarvon Petroleum (20%) and operator Quadrant Energy (80%).
