Cuadrilla winner in UK land offer

UK-BASED fraccing concern Cuadrilla Resources, which recently had its application to drill and test up to four wells near Blackpool has had some rare good news, with the junior offered two new onshore exploration licences in Yorkshire.

The licence offers are part of the UK Government's 14th Landward Licensing Round. The permits, each covering some 100sq.km, are Block SE95 in the South Cleveland Basin and Block SE40f in the Gainsborough...
