Global, Towner commit to second Ugandan well

AUSTRALIAN minnow Global Petroleum and its UK partner Towner Resources will drill a second well in the EA5 licence onshore Uganda after detailed evaluation of Iti-1 indicated significant hydrocarbon potential in the Iti structure.
