WA.352P is a prospective block up dip from large oil and gas fields, including

Legendre, Wanea and Mutineer/Exeter, with initial assessments indicating that hydrocarbons have migrated up to the area from the Legendre and Talisman oil fields.

There are a number of plays within the Block and it covers one of the largest acreages in shallow water (less than 150m) over the Jurassic Age depocentre of the Carnarvon Basin. Depocentres are areas where hydrocarbons are generated.
